1. Besi Hollow Galvanis

Harga besi Hollow tergantung dari lapisan coating yang digunakan. Lapisan tersebut akan mempengaruhi kekuatan besi Hollow terhadap karat dan daya tahannya. Nah apabila kalian membeli Hollow Galvanis, maka akan mendapatkan komposisi 97% zinc, 1% aluminium dan 2% nya adalah bahan-bahan lain yang menjadikan besi Hollow semakin kuat.
Beberapa produk besi hollow yang beredar di pasaran juga memiliki komposisi 98% zinc dan 2% alumunium. Selain memiliki lapisan coating yang kuat, besi Hollow Galvanis juga dibentuk melalui proses galvanisasi. Proses tersebut bertujuan untuk melapisi besi dengan lapisan seng agar besi tidak mudah berkarat. Biasanya proses galvanisasi dilakukan dengan cara mencelupkan pipa besi ke dalam cairan timah sehingga lapisan seng dapat menempel secara sempurna.

2. Besi Hollow Galvalum


Jenis besi Hollow yang kedua adalah Hollow Galvalum. Yang membedakan Hollow ini dengan Hollow Galvanis adalah memiliki kandungan 55% alumunium dan 45% zinc. Dengan kandungan alumunium lebih tinggi, maka besi Galvalum lebih tahan terhadap karat sehingga cocok untuk pemakaian outdoor.
